✔ Do’s
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas and parks.
- Follow parking rules and park only in your designated area.
- Cooperate with security staff and follow gate-entry protocols.
- Dispose of waste properly — use dry/wet dustbins as instructed.
- Keep noise levels low, especially early mornings and late evenings.
- Respect neighbours’ privacy and personal space.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the RWA promptly.
- Encourage safe and responsible play for children in designated areas.
✘ Don’ts
- Do not throw garbage or water from balconies or windows.
- Do not park in someone else's parking space or block pathways.
- Do not play loud music or create disturbances during silent hours.
- Do not damage common property, plants, equipment, or park facilities.
- Do not allow unverified visitors or delivery personnel inside blocks.
- Do not use lifts for construction materials or heavy loads without prior permission.
- Do not dry clothes in common corridors, staircases, or shared spaces.
- Do not feed stray animals inside building premises unless in designated areas.
- Do not argue with security or housekeeping staff — contact the RWA for concerns.
- Do not organise personal gatherings in common areas without RWA approval.
